Initial Consult
Start with a complimentary phone call of up to 30 minutes. We can talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what treatment may look like, including fees and availability.
If our services is not a good fit, we try our best to connect you with other services.
Psychological Assessments
Psychodiagnostic assessments - to assess for mental health conditions, like depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, etc - take about 300 minutes (usually completed over a few sessions) and typically include a structured clinical interview, standardized tests, and questionnaires. We then have a session dedicated to feedback on symptoms, diagnostic considerations, a formal written report, and recommendations for next steps.

Help with understanding the factors contributing to body image concerns, challenge unhelpful beliefs about body, and develop a more balanced and compassionate relationship with yourself.
Emotional Eating
Therapy can help increase awareness of patterns such as emotional eating, restrictive eating, or feeling out of control around food and work towards developing a healthier and more sustainable relationship with food.
