Comprehensive support for healing and growth.

Initial Consult

Start with a complimentary phone call of up to 30 minutes. We can talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what treatment may look like, including fees and availability. 

If our services is not a good fit, we try our best to connect you with other services. 

Psychological Assessments
 

Psychodiagnostic assessments - to assess for mental health conditions, like depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, etc - take about 300 minutes (usually completed over a few sessions) and typically include a structured clinical interview, standardized tests, and questionnaires. We then have a session dedicated to feedback on symptoms, diagnostic considerations, a formal written report, and recommendations for next steps.

Learn practical skills and strategies drawn from a range of research-supported therapeutic approaches including (but not limited to):

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT-for Trauma)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Trauma and PTSD including racial trauma, as well as grief and loss, intimate partner violence, and family conflict

OCD and related concerns

OCD and related concerns can involve intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, repetitive behaviours, compulsions. 

ADHD skills

ADHD skills to improve attention, organization, time management, and emotional regulation

Relationships ​

Support to address challenges with communication, boundaries, conflict, trust, and relationship patterns to build healthier and more fulfilling relationships with partners, family members, friends, and colleagues.

Body Image and/ or Emotional Eating

Body Image

Help with understanding the factors contributing to body image concerns, challenge unhelpful beliefs about body, and develop a more balanced and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Emotional Eating 

Therapy can help increase awareness of patterns such as emotional eating, restrictive eating, or feeling out of control around food and work towards developing a healthier and more sustainable relationship with food.
