NO SHAME IN SELF-LOVE
VIRTUAL GROUP THERAPY
Benefits of Group Therapy
Community and Connection
Group therapy can lead to feelings of belonging and validation through shared and collective understanding and experiences.
Reducing Stigma
Mental health struggles are often stigmatized in South Asian communities. Hearing others’ experiences helps normalize seeking support.
Learning from Others
We can gain insight and strategies from people who understand and experience our challenges.
Culturally Safe Space for Expression
Group therapy allows clients to experience speaking openly in a safe, non-judgmental environment, helping us express our emotions and opinions more freely.
