Navigating your therapeutic journey

Our process is designed to help you feel informed, comfortable, and supported at each stage of care.

Stage 1 
Free Introduction Call

  • In this call you can share what you are looking for support with.

  • Ask questions about the psychologist (e.g., education, therapy style), and logistics (e.g., fees and availability)

Stage 2 
Intake Sessions 
(Session 1-2)

  • The first couple of sessions of therapy to explore your concerns, challenges, strengths, history, and current goals.

  • Discuss confidentiality & consent

  • Begin developing a shared understanding of what would feel helpful - establishing goals and expectations for therapy 

Stage 3
Personalized Therapy

  • Work toward meaningful goals at a pace that feels manageable.

  • Learn research-supported tools and coping strategies.

  • Reflect on patterns, emotions, values, and life experiences.

  • Review progress and strengthen skills learned in therapy.

Navigating your assessment journey

Our process is designed to help you feel informed, comfortable, and supported at each stage of care.

Stage 1 
Free Introduction Call

  • In this call you can share what you are looking for support with.

  • Ask questions about the psychologist (e.g., education, therapy style), and logistics (e.g., fees and availability)

Stage 2 
Assessment Interview

Approximately 300 minutes over sessions.

  • Discuss confidentiality & consent

  • Complete clinical interviews, questionnaires, standardized tests with the Psychologist ​

  • Assessment to determine whether a mental health condition exists 

Stage 3
Report, Feedback, and Reccomendations

  • A session dedicated to review the results of the session 

  • A written report provided 

  • Discussion of recommendations and next steps
